5 Simple Hand Mudras for Migraine and Headache Relief

1. Mahasirs Mudra

Making the Mahasirs Mudra,

  • Cross your legs comfortably in Sukhasana, lotus pose, or another comfortable position.
  • Now, touch the index, middle, and thumb fingers to one another and extend the little finger while bringing the ring finger down to contact the folds of the thumb. Aim to breathe deeply as well.
  • Spend two or three times a day for 20 to 25 minutes of practise.

Prana Mudra is done,

  • Start by sitting in any cosy cross-legged position. Sukhasana and the lotus position, Padmasana (easy pose).

3. Sahasrara Mudra

4. Trimukha Mudra
